Compass Concierge is the hassle-free way to boost the sale of your home. Our clients have had great success with the program! It covers repairs and updates like painting, flooring, new light fixtures and more. 

For some sellers its a great solution to finally fix cracking plaster or to get rid of a dead tree in the backyard that buyers may see as an eyesore or danger. Others decide to put in new appliances or do a kitchen or bathroom update, knowing that these are critical for many buyers. 

We know what buyers want and we also know the latest trends. We can advise you and even pick out the paint colors and whatever else is needed.

How It Works

1. We work together to decide which services can increase your home’s value the most and set an estimated budget for the work.

2. When you're ready to start, we will coordinate and engage vendors to undertake the work.

3. Once the transformation is complete, your home will go on the market.

4. You'll pay for the services when one of the following happens — your home sells, you terminate your listing agreement with Compass, or 12 months pass from your Concierge start date.
